[BlueOnyx:14272] API, am I doing this right?

Hi Guys,
I'm having a bit of trouble with the BlueOnyx API from WHMCS. Orders
for webhosting can come in via WHMCS, and then after review and
approval, we can tell WHMCS to run the Create command to set up the
hosting on the configured server.

However, I just get a blank page back, and nothing is actually created
on the server.

In /var/log/admserv/adm_error, I see this:
[Mon Jan 20 09:48:54 2014] [error] [client 208.77.0.0] BlueOnyx API:
Access from 208.77.0.0 to port 81
[Mon Jan 20 09:48:54 2014] [error] [client 208.77.0.0] BlueOnyx API: At
this time only producttype 'hostingaccount' is supported.

(yes, I munged the IP address.)

In /var/log/admserv/adm_access, I see this:
208.77.0.0 - - [20/Jan/2014:09:48:54 -0600] "POST /base/api/index.php
HTTP/1.1" 200 74 "-" "-"

Any ideas what is going wrong? The error reporting is a bit minimal
but does seem to indicate that perhaps the issue lies with the
"producttype", so I'm not sure if I should be looking at the BlueOnyx
server or WHMCS.
