Hi

On a 5108R server , We are trying to back up a site from development area and transfer it to live domain using some software that Creates the back up as a compressed file.

(Site is a worpdress site and plug-in is backupbuddy)

It works perfectly well, so long as we keep the data folders selected under a total of 1Gb, as soon as we try to run it with files totally over 1 gb, the Backup stops and fails at just under 1Gb

What is the restriction on 1Gb files, and how can I change it on BO server, I have checked the limit.conf and nothing in there, no php timeouts, php memory limits are fine, and no other other issues, it just stops as soon as it reaches 1Gb in size

Any pointers would be apprciated

Thanks and regards

Richard

BackupBuddy users get 1GB of Stash storage for free! .

You need to pay for more storage.

Hi
Thanks for the reply, the problem is when creating the file locally, on the server, I have not even got as far as sending it off to the remote destinations
Backup stops when creating the backup file and the file gets to 1gb locally in the backup folder on the BO server

Thanks again
Richard
