Hi Richard,
Is it possible that the user quota or site quota has been fully consumed as the file is written?

Hi Chris

I have checked that and both the user and site are well below the usage limits, both set at 10Gb and only using 1.6 Gb in total, also log usage is minimal

It does not throw up any error messages in the logs that I can find. Nothing indicating size limits reached, memory on the site is set to 180mb and the max usage is running at 140mb so it's not running out of any resources.

Thanks for the reply
Regards
Richard
