[BlueOnyx:15039] Active Monitor state changes

Is anyone getting these messages?
I am on the servers and the website and they are fine log in to the 
admin and web servers show red
but all site are up?

Active Monitor has detected recent changes in the state of your server appliance.

Summary of changes:
* The Web Server is not running and could not be restarted. Try rebooting the server by clicking the Reboot Now button in the Power menu under System Settings. If you are still unable to access the Web Server, please visithttp://BlueOnyx.it/  for technical support.
