[BlueOnyx:15465] Secondary DNS question

I must be missing a step and it is probably very simple...

I am trying to setup a secondary DNS server that does not have any master
records - its only function is to be a slave for the primary DNS on a
different box.

I have added the domains to the secondary DNS list but the "apply changes
now" button is grayed out.   The message at the bottom says "This button is
disabled because you have not yet added or modified the domain name server
records"

What am I missing?
