Correct.

5207R and 5209R write the SSL config into the siteX include files of
Apache via a handler: /usr/sausalito/handlers/base/apache/virtual_host.pl

5106R, 5107R and 5108R use /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl_perl.conf to
dynamically generate SSL-enabled Vhost containers. So that's where it
goes on these boxes.
