[BlueOnyx:16231] FileZilla unable to connect using implicit TLS

I get back the following error: GnuTLS error -15: An unexpected TLS packet was received.

This is a brand new install of 5208 on CentOS with FTPS enabled in the GUI and no firewall currently applied to the machine, machine is also configured with an external IP address so nothing to do with NAT. I can connect fine using explicit TLS, just not implicit.
