Yes by fetching (at the server) "curl --user-agent "BlueLinQ/1.0" http://newlinq.blueonyx.it/snstatus/4711" I get 
RED
So everything is fine?

Yeah, that page checks if the email address is known to NewLinQ.

Please run this from the shell on the server:

curl --user-agent "BlueLinQ/1.0" http://newlinq.blueonyx.it/snstatus/4711

It should reply with "RED".

Also do a traceroute and ping for newlinq.blueonyx.it from it and see
what you got.
