[BlueOnyx:18748] proftpd breaks with multiple IPs on 5209R

proftpd breaks on 5209R if you have vsites with different IP
addresses.

The logs get full of repeating errors.

warning: "ProFTPD" address/port (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:21) already in use by "ProFTPD server"
ProFTPD terminating (signal 11)

If you edit the config file and pull out all the extra <VirtualHost>
entries, which automatically get added for each IP, it start working again.
