[BlueOnyx:18751] Clam AV 0.99-1 issues

Hi all,

Yesterday I published Clam AV 0.99-1 for BlueOnyx. Today I realized that
these builds throw spurious messages on the console like this:

bClamAV Warning: cli_loadldb: logical signature for Win.Trojan.ssid18332
uses PCREs but support is disabled, skipping

This means that one of the virus signature rules uses (and needs) PCRE,
but Clam AV was compiled without that capability. Hence it'll ignore
that one rule.

So it appears that the new Clam AV needs some extra configure options
being passed to it on the command line, which previously weren't necessary.

I'm currently in the process of rolling up a fixed Clam AV 0.99-2, which
will be released somewhat later today.

So if you haven't upgraded your Clam AV yet, then please wait for 0.99-2.
