[BlueOnyx:18757] Webmin on 5209R

I've always installed Webmin on my Blueonyx servers without issue, but 
cannot get it to install properly on 5209R. I normally just download the 
rpm and install, but I've also tried the following as I've done on other 
vanilla CentOS 7 machines....

Either way, after install the GUI is not right without styles and proper 
layout and the login keep reloading. Has anyone been able to install 
Webmin on a 5209R?
