we're talking about a 5209R.
I used 'BlueOnyx-5209R-CentOS-7.1-BETA-20150907.iso' for installing the machines. Setup preference from install was small server.

Which version of BlueOnyx are you using?   We can have a look and see if 
that is duplicated here.
