Yes, it has to do with a really nice add-on to CCEd that Hisao Shibuya
has coded: A cache for CCE's CODB transactions. That considerably speeds
up certain recurring transactions between the GUI and CODB.

For this to work the RPMs "memcached" and "libmemcached" were installed
as dependencies.

The feature has been published on Friday/Saturday for 5209R and on
Sunday/Monday for 5207R and 5208R.
