Which version of BlueOnyx? I can't stress this enough. If someone tells
me he has a problem with a BlueOnyx, then I need to know the model
number: 5106R, 5107R, 5108R, 5207R, 5208R or 5209R.

Things to check:

Does the VirtualHost container of that Vsite in the Apache config still
have the PHP related lines?

Apache Error log. There could be very indicative suPHP related error
messages in /var/log/httpd/error_log
