Here is what would appear to be the appropriate error in what you have 
pasted:

Sometimes on a 5209R installation, it's possible for a service to fail 
to start shortly after booting if underlying dependencies are not met.

This issue typically resolves itself after giving the system a few 
moments to fully boot.   If you are still having difficulty getting the 
service to run after a few minutes of runtime, then paste the results of
this command:
systemctl status mailman -l

As well as this:
grep "mailman" /var/log/messages | tail -50
