[BlueOnyx:17046] Re: Error in Services -> Web caused DB to be deleted

I think may have experienced something similar recently when 2 of my
Roundcube databases mysteriously disappeared but couldn't figure out why.
I reinstalled Roundcube for those sites and it was back to normal.
