Hi Michael & Chris,

Just a bit more information. This was an new install of 5208R that was migrated from 5108R.

In the migration, it appears to have created a default admin at domainname.com that aliases to admin in /etc/mail/virtusertable for each domain. The migrated domain user that has admin as an alias is imported correctly, but all their mail goes to the system admin. Trying to add admin as an alias then fails because every domain already has a default admin.

As a temporary work around, I have edited and re-hashed the virtusertable for the 2 users I know about. There may be more I don't know about, yet.

Hmmmm ... yeah. Setting that as alias ought to work. I'll take a look
and see what I can find.
