[BlueOnyx:17953] Time problem

I noticed I'm experiencing a time problem where the time under the GUI 
gradually changes to 4 hours behind my EST setting. I'll manually put it 
back and after a few hours it starts to slow down and ends up at 4 hours 
behind every time. I first thought it was maybe the CMOS battery in the 
server, so I replaced it. The server keeps perfect time, and if I reboot 
and go into the bios, when the GUI is showing 4 hours behind, the bios 
shows the correct time. 
Anyone have any ideas?
