No, sorry. There is no way to upgrade directly from 5208R to 5209R.

5107R -> 5207R is possible
5108R -> 5208R is possible

But that's because they both use the same OS (CentOS6 or SL6).

5209R uses CentOS 7 and the best procedure to move from any other
BlueOnyx platform to it is via cmuExport / cmuImport.
