[BlueOnyx:18010] 5209R selecting PHP Version

I have a 5209R that is a fresh install with php version of
5.3.29-1
5.4.42-1
5.5.26-1
5.6.10-1

How do I select a different php for a vsite?
The drop down is there but only offers the server version of php 5.4.16
