[BlueOnyx:18021] Server or DNS

We have a VPS that is sending email:

MAIL From:<sitewebmaste at localhost.localdomain

and get the return error as
550 5.1.8 invalid/host-not-in-DNS return address not allowed)

How do I fix this?

Any and all advice is appreciated
