If it's a 5207R/5208R/5209R the GUI will allow you to edit that directly.

On 5106R/5107R/5108R you need to edit /etc/apf/allow_hosts.rules
directly, as the old GUI isn't capable enough to edit files without
seriously messing them up.

/etc/apf/allow_hosts.rules contains examples in the comments that
explain how IP's, networks, ports and services can be whitelisted.
