Which of course is not a problem in itself, and there could be a good 
argument made that it's desirable!  The issue would be if you have a 
shortage of IP addresses.   So, continuing on...

That's correct, and that is how it works.  We've done it here at VIRTBIZ 
countless times, and I've done it myself any number of times personally. 
  If it's failing for you, can you tell us what version of BlueOnyx 
you're using that it does not work with?
