[BlueOnyx:17767] Disk space quota issue

We have a vps that is reporting server space incorrectly for sites.
Admin Login Gui versus Command Line/Disk Usage for real space used.

Example:
Customer    Active Monitor & Disk Usage   Real Space Used
Customer1    10.94MB                               3.256G
Customer2    33.13MB                               338MB
Customer3    5.29MB                                 264MB

VPS 5207R
Is there a fix this incorrect reporting?
