[BlueOnyx:19419] Changing php-fpm RAM usage

Hi,

If I change the RAM usage, or any other setting, when using php-fpm (In this case, the solarspeed 5.6 package, I am not sure if it does the same with the stock version) for a vsite, I have to manually restart the php-fpm-5.6 service before the new settings will take. Ideally this should be done automatically.
