[BlueOnyx:19537] 5209R: CCEd tools commandline

Hi,

I have setup a 5209R with the tarball option.

On 5208R and 5108R I have some scripts that use the clistvsite and 
clistuser commands without errors.
On this 5209R, these commands give an error on a vanilla install:
[root ~ ]# clistvsite
clistvsite: unrecognized option '--list'
[root ~]# clistuser
clistuser: unrecognized option '--list'

How to fix this?
