Unfortunately the restart didn't solve the problem. It still shows that the
Certificate was issued to a different Vsite - www.site1.com.

When I then click in the browser on "proceed to www.site2.com (unsafe)" it
actually takes me to www.site1.com.

Site1.com and site2.com are on different IP addresses.

Could you please restart Apache manually?

/sbin/service httpd restart

Or on 5209R:

systemctl restart httpd

That might fix it.
