[BlueOnyx:19926] logrotate Error

Been getting this the last 3 days

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:

BDB0689 /var/lib/webalizer/dns_cache.db page 2438 is on free list with type 13
BDB0061 PANIC: Invalid argument
BDB0060 PANIC: fatal region error detected; run recovery

I did try this
mkdir /root/backups.rpm.o7_30_2016/
rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__db*
db_verify /var/lib/rpm/Packages
rpm --rebuilddb
