For CMU it doesn't matter if the mail is POP3 or IMAP. It'll migrate all
of it. A good precaution is to stop SMTP by turning it off in the GUI
before you cmuExport. You can leave POP3 and IMAP on, or turn it off.
Doesn't matter. If a service is disabled in the GUI, then Active Monitor
won't restart it.
