That's a bit of a problem. :-(

If the deletion got half the way through (group, group users and the
contends) have been deleted, but the Vsite is still shown, then further
attempts to delete it via the GUI will not go through. Because the
handlers that run during deletion will throw errors when they try to do
things like deleting the group that's already gone.

One thing you could try:

Run cceclient and find the Vsite object in question:

find Vsite fqdn = "www.site.com"

Note which object ID is reported. Then run:

destroy <OID>

Where <OID> is the Object that was reported. If that works, the Vsite
will be gone from the Vsite list.

If that doesn't work, then please file a support request via the GUI and
tick the checkbox for the creation of the alter-admin account and I'll
fix it for you free of charge.
