[BlueOnyx:19201] What is the purpose of the dummy.blueonyx.it site?

When I install the 5209 I see a website already created called dummy.blueonyx.it

In the past I used to setup the first website as a generic website so that unresolved domain would hit it. Is this a placeholder for doing just that? Is it best to rename it or delete and recreate?
