[BlueOnyx:19205] Could not delete a site admin after migration

User interface would take a while and then just refresh the list. Looking at the logs it was failing when calling the delete user script.

What I found that fixed it was the user had a file they owned outside of the web folder. I removed it and then I was able to delete their account.
