[BlueOnyx:19003] New VPS on Aventurine

I have installed a new 5802R VPS on an Aventurine box.   The problem is
that when I go to the new VPS, I get the login prompt (user name &
password) and not the setup wizard.   The URL looks correct:

http://vps.domain.com:444/login?action=wizard

Normally this should bring up the setup wizard.   Any ideas on how to get
to the setup wizard so I can finish the setup and start to use the new VPS ?
