Listed on the BlueOnyx website it refers to a link to download the tarball install of BlueOnyx that does not seem to be valid.

refers to

Also it mentions that the tarball install would come later for 5207/5208 are any of these available yet along with directions on installing?

Looking at setting up some new instances with a new provider and they limit what can be installed to their OS list so would need to install BO afterwards.
