Here is the fix:

You can upgrade 5107R to 5207R and you can upgrade 5108R to 5208R. So
you get the new GUI that works in all current browsers on pretty much
all OS's.

5106R? In that case consider to cmuExport, install 5209R and do a cmuImport.

BlueOnyx 5106R just continues to receive critical security updates until
we can finally let it die when the underlying OS goes EOL.

The old GUI uses a lot of functions and elements that are slowly and bit
by bit getting deprecated by modern browsers. The only solution to that
is to switch to a BlueOnyx with the new GUI.
