[BlueOnyx:19911] Let's encrypt not renewing

Hi

For one of my sites I forgot to activate automatic renewal. Now after the
certificate had expired I tried to renew it using the GUI, but got the error
message: The following error occured during the SSL certificate request: The
installation path for the certificates could not be determined.

I then removed the /certs folder from that site and all references to that
site from /etc/letsencrypt (like from /live and /renewal) and tried to
request a new Let's encrypt certificate through the GUI. But I'm still
getting the same error message.

How can I request a new certificate for this site? I have no problem getting
a certificate for other sites.
