[BlueOnyx:19636] 5209R - problem with email aliases

Strange one.

We have just added a site to a 5209R server which is using a .co TLD
If I send email to the FQDN using the username (username at mail.domain.co) then the mail is delivered.
If I send to an alias for the same mailbox (alias at domain.co) then it bounces with relaying denied.

I have tried running fix_web-and-email-server-aliasses.pl on the server but no better.

It is working fine for all other sites on there, including aliases.
Virtusertable looks fine.

Is it something to do with the TLD?

Any help appreciated.
