I just published an updated blueonyx-yumconf for 5207R/5208R and 5209R
which extend the timeouts and retries to more sensible defaults for the
BlueOnyx repositories.

Additionally I used the information gathered from the accrued SQL uptime
on the new SQL server to tweak the settings for cache and preforking a
little.

These are just some step into the right direction, but won't be the last.
