[BlueOnyx:20239] let's encrypt & PHP-FPM

Hi,

I am currently using certificates from startssl but as this might become 
a problem in the near future:

Is the let's encrypt implementation on 5209R still incompatible with 
PHP-FPM, as stated on

I recall that that FPM issue with filenames starting with a dot has been 
dealt with in the passed?
