I just did some testing on 5209R with Gzip enabled and disabled.

As long as the page with the SSI is named *.shtml it works. Regardless
if Gzip compression is turned on or off.

With pages that just have *.html extension it's indeed hit and miss. My
first impulse would be to say: "You should use *.shtml if you want to
use SSI." But on the other hand: We shouldn't break things that used to
work.

And this clearly is the case here. So this update wasn't the best of ideas.

I'm rolling the change back and am now publishing an update that removes
Gzip compression of static content from /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl_bx.conf
for now.

It will come back again in an later update (with default set to "Off")
and will be configurable through the GUI.
