[BlueOnyx:20518] MariaDB database migration

More fun with 5208 to 5209 migration.

I just gone done moving 24 sites from a 5208 to a 5209 and that went
smoothly. The problem is with the MySQL export.

I have a dump file from the old server but I cannot figure out the correct
way to migrate it in to the new server with Maria DB. 
I messed things up pretty badly so I am trying to just get MariaDB back to
"fresh" so to speak and then try the import again.

The instructions at http://www.blueonyx.it/index.php?page=cmu-migrations are
not for a dumpfile and all the other restore instructions I have are for
5208 and have not been updated for the 5209. Help? Thanks.
