In between I restarted all VPS's. #100 seems to be working fine. On 102
I still saw the problem. I tried a "yum reinstall dovecot" and that
seems to have shaken it loose. That reinstalled the (new) dovecot RPM.

Am checking the rest of the VPS's again.
