Dirk,

Thanks! That does it but only until APF restarts, which appears to 
happen about every 10 minutes.

I have reset blocks and added my IP to the whitelist as described below 
multiple times to no avail.

Due to this and other issues I'm migrating to a fresh install of 5209R.

Thanks very much for your and Brian's help on this.
