[BlueOnyx:21933] Hostname changed

I have a very weird issue with a 5209R server with two IP addresses 
assigned. I took offline to add storage and when it came back up, the 
hostname had changed to one of the vsite hostname and that vsite now 
pulls up the GUI. Even stranger, the vsite is setup on the second IP 
address, not the one the GUI is set to use.

I do DNS lookups on the two domains and they point to their proper IP as 
setup in the GUI. If I try to change the hostname in the GUI, it will go 
to a blank result without error or being changed. I went to the command 
line and see the vsite hostname using the hostname command and changed 
successfully using hostnamectl. My bet is that it would change back on a 
reboot. GUI still reports same vsite hostname with correct IP address.

Can someone suggest a possible cause?
