[BlueOnyx:21985] SPF error

I have a customer with a long SPF record … lots of IP4 entries.
It has one include and they want to add another, but when I add it the named service won’t start.
Assuming a syntax error I tested it using a syntax validator on the internet (https://vamsoft.com/support/tools/spf-syntax-validator) and it says the syntax is correct. Can anybody see what am I getting wrong?
