No, it doesn't matter if the SSL enabled Vsites are on the same IP or not.

Please send me the login details and I'll take a look. See "Software
Updates" / "Support" / "Support Request". Fill in the form and tick the
checkbox "Allow access" and I'll get all I need for a look-see.
