Nginx as SSL proxy is only available for 5209R and there are no plans to
backport it to 5207R/5208R.

Do you by chance have any third party repositories enabled in
/etc/yum.repos.d?  That could be the problem.

The FreeTDS is from the PHP package and secrules is related to Dfix2.

It's possible that you have the Epel repository enabled and it's trying
to fetch some newer files from there, which then collide with what's
already installed.
