[BlueOnyx:22029] Strange issue today

Today All my VPS had to be restarted for multiple issues I have gone to 
each VPS and dir a
yum clean all and got the below all seems to ok

yum clean all
Loaded plugins: blueonyx, fastestmirror
Cleaning repos: BlueOnyx-5209R Solarspeed-f2b Solarspeed.net-AVSPAM-v6 
base extras updates
Cleaning up everything
Maybe you want: rm -rf /var/cache/yum, to also free up space taken by 
orphaned data from disabled or removed repos
Cleaning up list of fastest mirrors
Restarting cced: [ OK ]
Running CCEd constructors: Error getting authority: Error initializing 
authority: Could not connect: Connection refused (g-io-error-quark, 39)
