What version of Aventurin{e} is that? We recently released Aventurin{e}
6109R and you might want to get the latest version sometime down the
road. See http://www.aventurin.net for more info.

The hostname of VPS's can only be changed in the "VPS Basic Settings"
for that VPS in the Aventurin{e} GUI. Once you changed the hostname you
should restart the VPS so that all processes and services in the VPS
have a chance to learn the new hostname.
