Hi all, hope everyone is well.

So I finally migrated to 5209R today having found how to resolve the DNS 
issues I was having on previous attempts, causing the email and aliases 
to play up.
Yes its embarrassing, having read the FAQ's a million times, failed a 
million times, today I set an email alias as mail.domainname.co.uk and 
it worked first go.
I have a Newlinq connection back, but I am missing solarspeed backup.
Subscription is valid until March next year.

Who can I contact to resolve this for me?
Is it possible to get it available to install again?

Last used on my previous attempt to spin up 5209R and the VM was deleted 
in a fit of rage.
I was convinced it wasnt DNS but it was.

Quotation open for acceptance for 30 days from date of quotation.
All price are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.
Credit accounts can be opened but generally a deposit of 33% is payable 
with order, 33% on delivery of equipment to site and the final 34% to be 
paid 30 days from the date of completion.*
